Guesthouse The Phoenix is to be found in the province of North-Brabant, north-east of the town of Rijsbergen, part of the community of Zundert, birthplace of Vincent van Gogh. In a rural area, surrounded by various walking, hiking and biking trails, The Phoenix is centrally located between the nature reserves of the Mastbos, the Galderse lakes, the Pannenhoef, the Vloeiweide and the Krabbebossen. Closeby, little streams such as the Aa and the Mark can be found. Cities such as Breda, with its bustling Ginneken, Tilburg, Antwerpen but also Rotterdam are within close distance.
The house is to be reached via an unpaved road, is situated in the middle of a wooded area, and offers a view of the newly developed nature reserve, the Breedbroeken.
The Phoenix is especially well suited for lovers of peace, quiet and nature, which is to be found in abundance in the area, but in addition, it is also a favourite spot for lovers of an active outdoor life, such as bikers and hikers. Furthermore, the house could also serve as a basecamp for daytrips to nearby towns and cities.
